Our office is at 8500 Florence Ave, Suite 100 in Downey, roughly 4 miles northwest of Cerritos via the 605 freeway. The corridor is well-served by several surface street options, so you have flexibility depending on time of day.
From Cerritos Mall area (183rd and Studebaker): Take 183rd St west to the 605 on-ramp, head north on the 605, exit Florence Ave, then turn left (west) on Florence. Total drive is about 12 minutes in light traffic, 18 to 20 minutes during the afternoon peak. This is the most common route our Cerritos patients use.
From Heritage Park and south-central Cerritos: Head north on Bloomfield Ave from 183rd St, continue through Artesia into Downey, then turn left on Florence. Bloomfield Ave is a straight shot that avoids the 605 interchange entirely and runs about 11 to 14 minutes without freeway delays.
From west Cerritos (Gridley Rd corridor): Head north on Gridley Rd to 166th St, then left to Bloomfield Ave north, continuing to Florence Ave. Plan for 14 to 17 minutes. Some patients in this area prefer the 91 freeway west to Lakewood Blvd north, which joins Florence about a half-mile east of our office.
