Preparatory Work (Bone Graft, Extractions)
Most patients don’t need bone grafts — especially with All-on-4. When needed, Dr. Qiu uses advanced techniques to rebuild your foundation. Extractions of failing teeth are done the same day in most cases.
Implant Placement Surgery
Under local anesthesia or IV sedation, your titanium implant post is placed precisely into the jawbone. Most patients report far less discomfort than anticipated — many return to work in 2–3 days.
