Why don't you do All-on-4?

All-on-4 was settled on in the 1990s for surgical speed and lower cost — not for longevity. One implant complication can defeat the entire arch. We place six implants on the same single-day surgery (same extractions, same sedation, same same-day fixed arch) for two extra legs of margin. The procedure length difference is about 30 minutes. The longevity difference compounds over decades.

What does All-on-6 cost?

All-on-6 at 5D Smiles starts at $20,000 per arch — fully inclusive of surgery, IV sedation, 3D CBCT plan, same-day arch, and final monolithic zirconia restoration. Bone graft included if you need one — never extra. Most patients qualify for 0% APR financing up to $60,000 (covers a full upper-and-lower in most cases). You get your exact written number at the consultation.

How long is recovery?

Day-1 through Day-3 post-op feels the same as any full-arch surgery — sore, swollen, manageable with the medications we send you home with. Soft food for 1–2 weeks, normal diet by week 3. Final zirconia delivered after 3–4 months of integration (the Vampire Protocol shortens that window by about 30%).

Will I need bone grafting?

About 1 in 3 of our All-on-6 patients need targeted posterior grafting — six implants need more posterior bone than four. Graft material is your own PRP-enriched bone (no cadaver, no donor tissue), and the procedure is included in your $20,000 — never an add-on. Other offices typically bill $800–$2,500 for the same step.

How long do All-on-6 implants last?

Long-term studies show 97–98% implant survival at 10 years. Every All-on-6 case at 5D Smiles is covered by our 10-year biological warranty — biological failure of the implant, crown fractures, and the surgical labor to redo are all included.

I have a failing All-on-4 from another office — can you help?

Yes. Failing All-on-4 cases are exactly the kind of work we take on — additional implants can usually be placed to convert an existing four-implant arch to six, or in cases of broader failure, we rebuild from scratch using the Vampire Protocol.
