The same doctor consults, places, and restores every implant.

Three ways to rebuild.

  • Implant bridge
Fewer implants span multiple teeth on a fixed bridge. Often the right choice when missing teeth are adjacent.
  • Individual implants
One implant per missing tooth, each fully independent. The right choice when missing teeth are not adjacent.
  • Full-arch consideration
When three or four teeth are missing in one arch and the remaining teeth are compromised, a full-arch plan can be the more durable answer.

Common questions.

What happens to the bone when teeth are missing?

The jawbone is maintained by the forces transmitted through tooth roots. Without those forces, the bone in the missing-tooth area resorbs — typically 25% of width in the first year. Implants restore the load on the bone and stop further loss. The longer teeth stay missing, the more grafting is often required at the time of placement.

Bridge or individual implants — how do we decide?

Adjacency, bone volume, and bite forces. When two or three missing teeth are next to each other, a bridge supported by two implants is often the most durable and economical choice. When the gaps are separated, individual implants are usually better. The decision is made after the 3D CT scan, not before.

How long does treatment take?

From consultation to final restoration, most multi-tooth cases complete in 12–20 weeks. The variable is bone integration — typically 10–12 weeks after placement before the final bridge or crowns are seated. Same-day temporaries are placed at the time of surgery.

What does it cost?

Individual implants from $3,500, all-inclusive. Two-implant bridges for three missing teeth typically run $9,500–$12,500. Final pricing is given to you in writing after your consultation and 3D CT scan.
