No charge, no deposit. The first visit includes a 3D CBCT scan, a candidacy review, and a written price quote, and runs about 45 minutes, with Dr. Henry Qiu personally, not a delegate.

What's covered by the 10-year warranty?

Bone integration, peri-implantitis, and the surgery, parts, and lab work to redo a failed implant, as long as you keep up twice-yearly cleanings here. Cleanings done elsewhere still get 3 years of the same coverage. Both tiers include the porcelain crown. This isn't a guarantee of outcome; full written terms come at your consultation.

Will the procedure hurt?

Most patients report it was more comfortable than they anticipated. Sedation options, including IV sedation, are available, and Dr. Henry Qiu personally oversees your recovery instead of handing you off to a call center.

Do you accept my insurance?
