How close is 5D Smiles to Lakewood?

Does bone loss rule out implants?

Not in most cases. It's the number one reason people are told no somewhere else, and also usually correctable. Dr. Henry Qiu confirms your bone volume with a 3D CBCT scan at your consultation, and if additional bone is needed, grafting techniques such as particulate grafts, block grafts, sinus lifts, or ridge expansion can build it back, typically adding one to six months. The majority of patients previously turned away become candidates again.

What's covered in the first visit?

No cost, no deposit. You'll get a 3D CBCT scan, a candidacy assessment, and a written price quote, in an appointment that runs about 45 minutes, with Dr. Henry Qiu himself.

What are the terms of the 10-year warranty?

It covers bone integration, peri-implantitis, and the surgery, parts, and lab work to redo a failed implant, as long as you complete twice-yearly cleanings at 5D Smiles. Cleanings elsewhere still qualify for 3 years of the same coverage. The porcelain crown is included in either tier. This is not a guarantee of outcome, and the complete written terms are given at your consultation.

Should I expect pain during or after the procedure?

Most patients say it was more manageable than they expected. We offer several sedation options, including IV sedation, and Dr. Henry Qiu personally manages your recovery rather than a call center.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most PPO plans. Your free consultation includes a benefits check so you'll know exactly what's covered before treatment. We also offer 0% APR financing up to $60,000 regardless of insurance.
