Most patients turned away elsewhere qualify again after this.

What can I expect from the first visit, cost-wise?

Nothing upfront. The first visit includes a 3D CBCT scan, a candidacy review, and a written price quote, and takes about 45 minutes with Dr. Henry Qiu directly, not an associate.

What exactly does the 10-year warranty cover?

Bone integration, peri-implantitis, and the surgery, parts, and lab work for a redo, as long as you keep up twice-yearly cleanings at 5D Smiles. Cleanings done elsewhere still get 3 years of the same coverage. The porcelain crown is included under both. This is not a guarantee of outcome, and full written terms come at your consultation.

Is the implant procedure painful?

Most patients say it was easier than expected. Sedation options, including IV sedation, are available, and Dr. Henry Qiu personally handles your follow-up care instead of a call center.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most PPO plans. Your free consultation includes a benefits check so you'll know exactly what's covered before treatment. We also offer 0% APR financing up to $60,000 regardless of insurance.
