HIPAA Notice

Once you become a patient, all clinical information (diagnoses, treatment plans, imaging, billing records) is covered by HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide at your first visit. Please do not include diagnoses, medication lists, or other clinical details in pre-consultation web forms.

  • Azure Communication Services — SMS and email delivery for appointment confirmations
  • ClaimMD — dental insurance eligibility and claim submission (only after you become a patient)
  • Open Dental — clinical practice management software (only after you become a patient)

Cookies and Tracking
