8:00 AM — Arrive, final CBCT, IV sedation
A final 3D scan verifies the plan we mapped at consult. IV sedation is started by a licensed anesthesia provider. Most patients sleep through everything that follows.

9:30 AM — Extractions and bone shaping
Any failing teeth are removed atraumatically — meaning we preserve as much bone as humanly possible. Dr. Qiu shapes the ridge for ideal implant positioning. This is the step that determines how well the arch heals.

11:30 AM — Four to six implants placed
Implants are placed at the exact angles modeled during your CBCT. Each is bathed in your platelet-rich plasma before insertion. This is biology working with hardware, not against it.

1:30 PM — Same-day arch fitted and screwed in
Your same-day arch is attached to the implants. The bite is verified, adjusted, and locked. You wake up with teeth — and a smile that's already photo-ready.
