Why six implants make same-day possible
Loading an arch the day it's placed only works if the implants are stable enough to share the bite right away. Six implants distribute chewing forces across more anchor points than four, which keeps every implant under its safe micro-motion threshold while the bone heals around it. That mechanical headroom is what lets Dr. Qiu screw in a fixed arch the same day — confidently, and within documented immediate-load survival ranges. It's also why our standard full-arch protocol is All-on-6, not four.
